Opinion

Isn't
it time for models to look like average normal people ?
Real people wear apparel and the model's runway is a platform
for Designers to show their concepts, hoping to see their dreams
and efforts walking in the street. It's not fair to compare
ones-self
to the professional models, and we should not confuse the Runway
with the real world. Let me ask you this question, How would
you
want to look like if you had the chance to be a model ?
This debate is as
unique as the Donald Trump vs.
Rosie O'Donnell dog-cat fight
which is partly off-track, weight and chewing the fat. Do not get hung up
on what size you are wearing. There is nothing wrong with being
a
size one, but a girl needs curves and shape, that's
femininity.
The fact is that over 50% of the apparel wearing public is larger than the
"ideal" size 2 -8.
Maybe it's not the walk down the Plank, but the
final destination-goal that counts, it's time to show
in real time. Whether you are a "size Two" model or a dream
any size want-to-be, it all comes down to healthy eating
choices. Accompanying my husband to
various
fashion shows and a skinny model is on the runway,
I feel like yelling out, "where's the beef".
